do we have to upload the old templates again to have mobile responsive, or is it in the upgrade script ?

My upgrade file did not include the templates. Only some new "players" tpl's
So, you have to download the templates from the respective tab in your user account.
Unzip and Upload them, add the two new templates #21 #22 to you backend settings -> templates.
