30,000 images now what?

im preparing to upload 60,000 images to my site and i understand the linux operation will not except more than 30,000 images because of limitations.
can you be more specific when it comes to adding a new folder to server and local server settings in admin panel for uploaded images? i dont want to create 2 new image folders on the server and change file upload location settings and have other files unavailable etc.
i need more detailed information when uploading 60,000 files at one time. thanks

You should create a new storage folder here:
Admin panel -> Settings -> File storage - >Local server
