is there a mod for own storage

i have my own cloud storage up and running, is there a script i can use.

The script can use only Amazon S3 and Rackspace clouds.
Admin panel - >Settings -> File storage

OK, thats fine, but i need a code that enables me to use my own storage server,OR ANY SERVER I CHOOSE! when will this feature be IMPLEMENTED , as we all know, because we/I "PAID" for this script not just some cheap wordpress script, I for one, expect it to have what "I NEED FOR MY SUITABILITY" and what others select is their choice.

Where can i take the "code" if it is not developed? i am not a magician to include new options by my or your desire. It has to be developed first - none? Who will develop it? It is not a trivial feature. It will takes weeks of the work.
