Adding required checkboxes at checkout page

Hi Anton,
as I want to use the shop in Germany I need to have three required checkboxes at the checkout page. Download should only be possible if all three checkboxes are checked.
One checkbox is to confirm the condition and terms, one to check data security and one for the right of withdrawal. How can I implement the required checkboxes?
