Use IPTC-fields: City, State, Country, DateCreated

I have 7000 files with a lot of information in these 4 fields.

Is it possible to include them in the search?
And maybe add them to the page, where the single photo is displayed (below Description)?

If possible, how do I do it?

A photo has only 3 property:
- title
- keywords
- description

The info can be added only in 'keywords' or 'description' field.
