Add New Checkbox For Exclusive Images

Hi,

I want to add a new checkbox to the vector section when uploading. When the checkbox is checked this should add extra information into the item description page.

This is so that when the box is checked this adds a sentence or two that i will create about the file being exclusive to my site.

Not sure what to update to make this happen? Can anyone help? Thanks!
