Continue unfinished payement

I have upgraded the script to the newest version. If I remember correctly there was an option in orders_content to continue unfinished payment. For example if the customer filled his basket with items, went to payment and canceled the process in paypal. Then he could try to pay again his pending order. Have you disabled this option or I messed something?
