templates translations ? {if english}

I want to translate some templates:

{if brazilian} bla bla bla.. {/if}
{if french} ho ho ho .. {/if}

but is obvius that no one will translate to every
language, it possible to have same kind of else like

{if brazilian} bla bla bla.. {else} this is the default text for every language {/if}
