Related items?

I would like to try this function out and have selected it in the admin panel, but how do I actually get it on my page www.arkivbilleder.dk

The related items have resembling titles/description/keywords as an original photo.
If you don't see any related item on a photo page it means that the script cannot find resembling photos.

ok, but as I have 4500+ images on my site and a lot of them are long series with the same description, it should work then and show some related images belov the preview?

but nothing shows up
