How-to Change "Photographers" to "Authors" ?

I was wondering how-to change all instances of "Photographers" to "Authors" as my members will create all types of media and would not necessarily be a "photographer"?

Also, the default navigation reads "photos"...How do I change to "images" since I will be including computer-generated images that are not "photos"?
