Is it possible to reduce item content page top margin?

I would like to position image and site info as close to top as possible and move title text to another location or place on image.

How can I change site background color ?

I was editing these files however a div tag in the right place put me back on track.

Changing background color a little more problematic so would like to request dark version of Template 15 on list for 11.06.
