Unable to retrieve my admin password

Hi, I mistakingly enter a new password for my admin login but it doesn't work. I think I may have made an error while enter it but can't remember what it was.

Its for the backoffice, not the front site.

Is there a way to reset my admin password or to retrieve it like for the fornt site? I can see the dbase but since he password is encrypted, there's no way to know what it was!
