It seems to be a common problem when you have a photo file on your (windows)computer and add keyword to the IPTC part in the photo, e.g. via Irfanview and afterwards upload into the PhotoStoreScript using the "read IPTC" function.
On the computer the files aree typically coded as ISO file, the database and site in PhotoStoreScript is UTF-8 coded.
In short: ISO coded file on PC => UTF-8 database + charset UTF-8 = mismatch shown on site.
