All interface can be changed by template

I wish template can change styles for everything that display on front-end interface. Currently, many PHP files inside INC folder & MEMBERS folder that write out HTML code (with inline-CSS) that template cannot modify the interface.

For example: interface of user profile (My Profile, Avatar, Blog, Reviews...), user Sign Up, Advanced Search.. cannot be changed from template.

Of course people can open your PHP files to change interface, but it's not a good way. Each time Photo Store update to new version, they must change all PHP files again... Otherwise, edit PHP files is easy to make the source error.
