We have to activate manually all new user's accounts because there are nearly 10-15 spam registrations per day. if your account isn't activated for some reasons you should Contact Us Upload photos

When I upload an image from the control panel, displays correctly, but when I try to upload it as a seller, I don't show up in my uploads. Why?

You should approve all sellers upload here:
Admin panel -> catalog -> User upload manager
