Does this mean 'for example framed' that the photographer should place the picture purchased in a frame and then ship it to the buyer?

Same question goes for t-shirt, matte, etc

Is the photographer the one support to make all necessary requirement such as; place the picture in frame or print it on a t-shirt or make the picture glossy or matte before shipping it out to the buyer? If yes, the shipping rates varies from country to country

Or the store admin should ship and handle all requirement before shipping?
