Model Property Release

Hi All,

I a little bit confused with what I (or Photographer) are supposed to do with this part. I know that models have to give their permission to allow the photograph to be used elsewhere.

All that I would like is to have it in the agreement that they have to agree to that states that the photo they are uploading has the correct rights to do this.

Also one more quick question. In the admin panel, what is the credits payout part as I have sent my commision percentage so I dont really get what this is.
