Hi everyone,

All the legal stuff are confusing me quite a bit

Do you have any recommendations? What do I need and what is not necessary.

I have made a list of what I need comparing to the "big" stock sites.

- Privacy Policy
- Legal Notice
- License info
- Terms and Conditions
- Terms of service (Don’t know if thats the same as Terms and Conditions)
- Cookies Policy for the EU
- Model property release
- Buyer agreement - checkbox on site
- Seller agreement - checkbox on site
- Seller lecture

Any templates or help are much appreciated.

You should look at big photostock sites and make like them:
