developer to enable video

Looking for a developer, to enable video on this script.
I am on Bluehost on a cloud plan.

I tried to talk with Anton, sent few emails but no help there.
I spoke with Bluehost people, they have no clue.
Willing to pay to solve the problem, I want to try the video option also.
