Customize User's Blog Page

Hi!

I would like to customize the user's blog layout.

- Add a "Welcome to {firstname}'s Blog" above the post list
- Post's title as a h3
- Post's image opens in a lightbox or popup by clicking
- The general look of the post and the post's metas

Which (template?) file I have to change?

Is It also possible to add the function that the user can upload a header image to his blog like facebook-Pages?

The personal blog is not a key feature of the script. I understand that it would be better to improve it but we will keep focus more on the store/cart options + front-end themes. This is more important. We (and you too) have limited working resources. So some features have the hightes priority, other ones - low.

And where I can edit the market sections? In which template file?
