Remove Header Template 15

Hi everyone,

First post here goes.

I would like to remove header on template 15 and start page with {Horizontal Menu}.

Problem is when I remove header settings {Horizontal Menu} stays where it is and body moves to top.

Need to place {Horizontal Menu} in container but when I do whole page disappears.

HELP!!!

You should edit /templates/template15/style.css file
