email notification to user new credits

Hi Anton

I know you have a lot of work, but i really need urgent help with this, as i have already got a warning letter from a lawyer for this

I need following informations in the new credits to email user notification:

Subtotal:
Discount:
% Taxes:
Total:

and a link to the purchase statement site in the users profile.
(there i also need the % in the taxes)


I tried to include this informations from the new order email to user notification, but it does not work

May someone else who reads this can help me, because it is really urgent. Don´t want to pay a fine for that
